How LazyBots collects, uses, and protects your information.
Important: This Privacy Policy can change at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how LazyBots collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and applications including AutoWriter, AutoTyper, and AutoSolver.
| Type | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Email address, internal user ID | Sign-in, support, service notices |
| Billing | Subscription status, Stripe customer ID, plan type | Manage paid access (card details go to Stripe, not us) |
| Usage logs | Timestamps, app version, OS version, crash reports | Security, fraud prevention, debugging |
| Support | Messages you send via email or Discord | Responding to your requests |
| Network | IP address, user agent (via CDN/hosting provider) | Security and performance — limited access |
AutoSolver may capture a region of your screen for OCR. You control when this happens. If a cloud model is used to generate an answer, only the extracted text is sent — nothing else.
Service providers: We use third-party providers for payments (Stripe), hosting, database infrastructure, content delivery, and security. They process limited information to perform services on our behalf.
Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
The website uses strictly necessary cookies for security and basic functionality. We do not run behavioral advertising and do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary — including for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type. Billing records may be kept longer for tax and legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. Contact us with verified requests. We may deny requests where permitted by law.
Categories we may collect or process: identifiers (email, account IDs), commercial information (subscription and billing metadata from Stripe), and internet or network activity (operational logs and technical metadata).
We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
LazyBots is operated from the United States. By using the Services, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
The Services are intended for individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it and may terminate the associated account.
We may update this Policy at any time by updating the "Last Updated" date. In some cases we may provide additional notice, but we are not obligated to unless required by law.
