Important: This Privacy Policy can change at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how LazyBots collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and applications including AutoWriter, AutoTyper, and AutoSolver.

TL;DRThe Short Version
  • Minimal data by design. We collect as little as possible while still running a paid product.
  • No selling personal information. We do not and will not sell your data for money.
  • Payments via Stripe. We never see or store your full card numbers or CVV.
  • No behavioral advertising. We don't run ad trackers or share data for cross-site ads.
  • Limited logging. Basic usage timestamps and error logs only, for security and reliability.
01Information We Collect
TypeWhatWhy
AccountEmail address, internal user IDSign-in, support, service notices
BillingSubscription status, Stripe customer ID, plan typeManage paid access (card details go to Stripe, not us)
Usage logsTimestamps, app version, OS version, crash reportsSecurity, fraud prevention, debugging

AutoSolver may capture a region of your screen for OCR. You control when this happens. If a cloud model is used to generate an answer, only the extracted text is sent — nothing else.

02What We Do NOT Collect
  • Government identification numbers (SSN, passport, drivers license)
  • Biometric identifiers
  • Precise geolocation data
  • Full payment card numbers or CVV codes — Stripe handles these
  • Passwords for your third-party accounts
  • Keystroke surveillance — AutoTyper types what you give it, it does not log everything you type
03How We Use Information
  • Providing, operating, and improving the Services
  • Processing subscriptions and managing paid access
  • Providing customer support and responding to requests
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Debugging and repairing errors
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms
04How We Share Information

Service providers: We use third-party providers for payments (Stripe), hosting, database infrastructure, content delivery, and security. They process limited information to perform services on our behalf.

Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

05Cookies and Tracking

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for security and basic functionality. We do not run behavioral advertising and do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary — including for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type. Billing records may be kept longer for tax and legal obligations.

07Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

08Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. Contact us with verified requests. We may deny requests where permitted by law.

09California Disclosure (CCPA/CPRA)

Categories we may collect or process: identifiers (email, account IDs), commercial information (subscription and billing metadata from Stripe), and internet or network activity (operational logs and technical metadata).

We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10International Users

LazyBots is operated from the United States. By using the Services, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
