These Terms govern your use of LazyBots’ apps (AutoWriter, AutoTyper, AutoSolver) and the lazybots.tech website (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Licenses & use

• We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the apps on devices you own or control.
• Don’t misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to circumvent limits or security.
• You’re responsible for the content you create and how you use outputs.

Generated and typed content

AutoWriter and AutoSolver can produce or summarize text; AutoTyper types content for you. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You’re responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use, especially in sensitive or high-risk contexts.

Accounts & purchases

• Pro subscriptions are billed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; access ends at the close of your current billing period.
• Refunds are not guaranteed; we may grant a discretionary refund in limited cases.

Updates & changes

The apps may check for updates by requesting our S3 “latest.json”. We may modify or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these Terms, we’ll update this page and, where appropriate, notify you.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing activities.
• No attempts to reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law.
• No automated scraping or rate-limiting abuse.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties like Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (delivery/security), and Amazon S3 (downloads). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use related features.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAZYBOTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVEN’T PAID).

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of your state or country of residence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
